Good long walk into Louth Shannagh then right to the shoulder on Doan. Gerry suggested we traverse around a few hundred meteres where we picked up a nice path to the top. Great views in the sunshine and a short rest then down from the summit towards Muck after lunch at the Mourne Wall. Another great spring day in the hills without any rain. 14Km and approximately 700m of climbing.
