A quick visit to the Isle of Arran in Scotland with Andy and Fergal proved to be a winner with great weather on the Sunday and not half bad on the Saturday. A great place with impressive mountains that pack a bigger bunch than you'd think.

Gola - climbing, canoeing and swimming
"20 yards a groanin" was the climb of the trip for me. Obvious crack in the picture only S 4a but a great situation with waves breaking below the platform
