Gola - climbing, canoeing and swimming
















"20 yards a groanin" was the climb of the trip for me. Obvious crack in the picture only S 4a but a great situation with waves breaking below the platform

The training continues
Walk of 26 (41Km) to 40 miles (64Km) have been completed in all weather by day and night and the teams are ready
We have a willing and able support teams in Stephen, Damien, Catherine, Ann and Noel. The plans are almost military in their detail Bit of a worry that Roisin.
Just a matter of getting it done now!
